The Hateful Stage and Politics of ....

The reviled stage caused much misery for us because of its unfair set up and rules.
The rules stated we would show up to the stage already naked for customers. Unlike the private booths, we didn't make a CENT off of what they put in the bill acceptor. We had to HOPE that they tipped to make any money off of it. Most often it was the cheap skates that went into the stage. In the stage they could put in as little as a single. The tip slot beckoned to them but most often it went neglected.

We abhorred it so much, and refused to cooperate so often that management made a rotation rule that stated we all had to take turns in it when a customer came to it. (We often ignored it altogether in favour of our private booths.) We were expected to adhere to the rules of showing up naked. Yeah.

None of us would do it though. Why should we waste time dancing naked for those pukes for nothing? When on stage we miss out on opportunities for private shows that DO make us money. All the girls viewed the stage as free work for the company and NO ONE was cool with that. (We did have to pay to be there by the way.)

Since we were forced to stage, we of course did it our own way. This meant that we went in still in costume. Legally we weren't supposed to demand a tip or really ask for one outright so to circumvent this we made it as a uniform fee. We would tell the people that the price for the removal of the top was this and the bottoms was that and if they didn't want to pay we would typically just walk off. Fuck um. We weren't about to do anything for nothing.
This was how we did it and yes we often got caught by management, but no matter what no one gave a shit about what the manager said. (Or the nasty names they would call us.)

Eventually the manager ammended the rules (Verbally only of course) We were to at least flash something to raise interest for the customer. We still didn't really do it because we all already knew that those in the stage were cheap skates. What is the point of flashing them? They were there for a quick wank and that is the fact.

On one night when it came to my turn on the stage, I wasn't too chuffed about it. There were many customers in the private booth hallway and I was hoping to get to skip turn. (If we are with customer obviously we would skip turn.) Too late though as a guy was in the stage and the lights were blinking to alert me to action.

I sauntered up to the stage and dragged ass to the window and told the customer the "fees". Turns out that this guy was super high. He was all over the place in his booth. The guy asks if I would prefer to go to the private room. Turns out he at first thought he was in one. I decided to use the stage against management and to my benefit. (They always tried to make it hard for us to make money.) I told him a little "secret". That he actually got more time in the stage if he puts in a 5er than he would in the privates for a 20. If he gives me the 15 then I make more than I would in the private for a basic strip show (Basic 20 bills but we only get 10 of each 20.) This plan in the stage made it so I got 5 more and the guy got more time and if you spin it right sounds damn good to the customer. (It is good but the customers are nearly always cheap)
Only one problem with the stage.... there was more than one window so at any point a guy could enter another booth and get for free what this guy was paying for.... Unless....

I would get the girl next up on rotation to run interferrance. If a guy interrupted then she would block his window and try to get him to pay her and do a show. If the guy wouldn't pay her then she would sit in the window blocking his view until his time ran out. We would also cover as many windows with pillows and such when we had such shows. We all started trying to do this but as good as it is it is sometimes hard to get private show customers to go to the stage! Funny how that works.

What a plan I had and it certainly did increase all the girls money so no one tattled. It also helped us to work together better making us stick up together against management more often when they would pull their shit. (Which was often.)
